Our Policy
RESERVATIONS:
24 hour minimum advance notice is preferred; but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
CONFIRMATIONS:
Confirmations will be emailed and should be reviewed carefully and are only estimates of expected fares.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations made 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup time are without penalty. All cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to the full rate and standard 20% gratuity charge.
ADDITIONAL STOPS:
All additional stops, pickups & drop-off within a reasonable distance of the scheduled route and that is done within 15 minutes will be an additional charge of $20.00; Exceeding 15 minutes will be billed in 15 minute increments at $15.00 (includes additional gratuity).
AFTER HOURS:
Any scheduled transportation starting during the hours of 11:00PM to 5:00AM will have a $20.00 surcharge.
Gratuity:
We recommend a minimum of 20% gratuity to our chauffeurs. All billed transportation will have 20% gratuity added unless stated by the client.
Holidays:
The following holidays are subject to a surcharge of $25.00 for all transfers or 20% on any hourly service; Christmas Eve after 3pm thru Christmas Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, New Years Eve after 5pm thru New Years Day.
Parking & Tolls:
All parking fees and tolls incurred will be applied to the total bill.
